Start with cold water. If stronger tea is desired, use more tea, don’t steep longer or it might get bitter. Bring it to boiling. Use 6 oz. boiling water for every teaspoon of tea. Steep 5 to 10 minutes. For iced tea, use 2 to 3 times the amount of tea for the 6 oz. of water. |

BUY A TEA NOW! Steep herbal tea as for iced tea (double strength). Mix equal amounts of tea and fruit punch. Add 7-up or Ginger-ale to add a nice sparkle to the punch. Serve in a punch bowl. |
